The Kelly Family Home, 13th Beach Golf Course, Barwon Heads

A favourable northern aspect to the beautiful 13th Beach Golf Course provided the opportunity to have visual connection from the point of entry and living spaces drenched in passive solar light for this family home. 

We took advantage of this view and aspect with a roof line that follows the internal scope as it sweeps up to the north capturing the sun in a marriage of light and space enjoyed in an open plan.

The balance between Silvertop Victorian Ash cladding and a clean light and bright internal palate, makes this a design and build we are very proud of.
